We are so happy to be bringing this beloved program back to Yoga School Noord. In previous years, this training filled quickly and became a requested return from our community and now, it’s here again. If you've been craving nervous system nourishment, embodied practices, and a deeply supported space to reset, this immersive retreat-style training is for you.
Nervous System Rituals is a 2-day immersive journey (10 hours total) that blends Guided Meditation, Somatic Dance, Neurogenic Tremoring, and nourishing Zenthai Shiatsu bodywork.
In a safely held, ritual-like space, preparing yourself for a blossoming spring, you learn simple, repeatable practices to regulate your nervous system in daily life, release stress, and reconnect with your body, emotions, and community.

My name is Andres Galindo, I am a half Spanish/half Mexican seasoned meditation, TRE facilitator & yoga teacher with profound knowleraveled extensively and studied from both academic & non-academic sources with variety of facilitators and teachers in India, South America, and Europe, I love to pedagogically combine holistic practices and modern science, allowing my ‘students’ to gain personal resilience, emotional balance, and somatic liberation.
