I began my yoga journey 12 years ago, starting with dynamic styles such as Ashtanga and Bikram. Over time, yoga became more than just a physical practice—it became a way to connect deeply with myself and the world around me. In 2019, I completed my yoga teacher training at Nepal Yoga Home in Kathmandu, where I also immersed myself in the practice of Sound Healing Meditation, which continues to inspire and influence my teaching.

With a deep appreciation for both Yin and Yang approaches, I enjoy weaving together strength, stillness, and self-inquiry in my classes. My background in performing arts brings an element of expression, rhythm, and creativity to each session, while I remain rooted in the principles of traditional Hatha yoga. My aim is to offer a safe, nurturing space where students can explore movement, breath, and presence—leaving class feeling more connected, empowered, and open.
