My yoga journey began as a search for balance amidst the noise and challenges of life. I was seeking peace within my mind, and from the moment I stepped into my first class nine years ago, yoga became a transformative force. It connected me to a part of myself I had never truly known, resonating deeply with my soul. This practice sparked a passion within me—a desire to continually learn, explore, and live as authentically as possible.
My path has been shaped by studying with remarkable teachers in Ubud, where I completed my 200-hour training. Yet, I remain a devoted student, always eager to deepen my understanding and refine my teaching so I can better serve my students. Completing various workshops and learning from others.

I believe self-growth is a lifelong journey. Yoga has brought me balance, mindfulness, and inner peace—gifts I love sharing with others. My classes blend embodied vinyasa flow with breathwork, yin yoga, and meditation.
I focus on body awareness, mindful movement, and the connection between breath and body. Expect a warm, supportive space where you can explore, build strength, and slow down. Together, we move with intention—leaving class feeling grounded, energised, and more connected to yourself.
