

I propose a craft and healing practice which require a global contemplation of the human body. From an holistic approach, I conceive the body and physical discomfort as a game of energies in continuous balance. For the last 9 years, I had intensely dedicated to follow my path in order to unfold my own Massage Therapy. I have studied different unlocking techniques such as Acupressure, Thai Massage, Swedish Massage, Prenatal and Postnatal, Podal Reflexology and Ayurvedic Bodywork. Based in India for the last 4 years as a place to gain experience and deepening in my Yoga path, I've been using my knowledge to help other people to release stress, improve physical condition and balance emotional field. Good to know:
This treatment is available between the 12th and 38th week of pregnancy and is done in a comfortable side-lying position with special cushions.

In short, a postnatal massage helps you to relax and support your recovery process.
