

For me, touch has always been more than a technique; it is the first human language, a way of connecting that shapes how we feel, heal, and relate to ourselves. This understanding led me to more than a decade of training in both traditional and contemporary massage schools in Spain and Thailand, where Thai Massage and Chi Nei Tsang became strong influences in my work.
My approach blends Western and Eastern manual techniques, deep-tissue strokes, pressure points, and mindful joint mobilization. At the core of my practice is presence: a grounded, attentive quality that supports clients in softening, breathing, and reconnecting with their bodies. My treatments are focused on guiding the receiver into a state of deep relaxation and internal clarity, creating space for the physical, emotional, and intuitive layers to realign.
Alongside my hands-on work, I continue to deepen my perspective through integrative training inspired by body-oriented approaches, Gestalt principles, and Eastern philosophy. This combination of technical skill, compassion, and embodied awareness shapes the atmosphere at Massage Studio Noord—a space built around safety, honesty, conscious touch, and meaningful connection.

Good to know: this massage is suitable from week 12 to week 38 and is performed in a comfortable side-lying position using a full set of supportive bolsters and pillows.
