Five years ago I have changed my career from finance to teaching Pilates and promoting a healthy way of life.

I hold certifications in Pilates Mat, STOTT Reformer, TRX, followed courses such as BarreConcept, Post and Prenatal workout. I continue to widen my knowledge by taking courses and workshops that deepen my understanding of anatomy and rehabilitation.

Pilates is the ultimate exercise system that focuses on strength, movement, mindfulness and is suitable for all ages and levels. It is incomparable in how it makes you look and feel; reshaping your body completely whilst teaching your body awareness.

My goal is to educate people about their ideal posture by changing their movement patterns, make them more mobile, flexible, through precise but fun classes.
