This first workshop in the Empowered Yoga series will take a detailed look at the importance of the breath, how it threads practice together, how to breathe well and more fully, and how to connect breath with movement.

The Empowered Yoga Series is intended to deconstruct elements of yoga so you can discover the tools that will take you deeper and develop the strength, stability and focus needed to grow in practice safely. Workshops can be taken separately or booked together.

This workshop will include interactive breath exploration that builds the awareness and sensitivity needed to grow in practice, a series of postures that will reveal how you can release the lungs and diaphragm to breath better, and a short sequence to practice synchronising breath with movement.

  • How to connect breath with movement and why it matters. 


People often ask me what style of yoga I teach. The truth is over the years it has become a fusion of styles steeped in various disciplines, learnings and experiences that now combine and filter through me as I cherry pick what to offer you.

I am not married to one method, teacher or philosophy, instead I look at my students and aim to offer them an experience that is meaningful, relevant and available both on and off the mat.

At the heart of everything I do is the intention to bring you home to the heart of you.
