Embodied yoga: An introduction to every day yoga philosophy

The final workshop in the Empowered Yoga series, Embodied Yoga; An introduction to everyday philosophy, will enrich your understanding of yoga on and off the mat.

In this workshop, we’ll learn about the 8 limbs of yoga and explore how our attitudes influence our experience, in context to the Yama and Niyama. You will discover the tools to help you really live your yoga, in a heart-centred and intelligent way, every day.

This Workshop is for anyone that’s ever wondered about the bigger picture of yoga, beyond the physical postures, and would like to know more about the background and philosophy that supports the practice.This workshop will be part discussion, part practice.


People often ask me what style of yoga I teach. The truth is over the years it has become a fusion of styles steeped in various disciplines, learnings and experiences that now combine and filter through me as I cherry pick what to offer you.

I am not married to one method, teacher or philosophy, instead I look at my students and aim to offer them an experience that is meaningful, relevant and available both on and off the mat.

At the heart of everything I do is the intention to bring you home to the heart of you.
