By choosing one specific element of mindfulness to study and practice on a weekly basis, we hope that over time you will experience an in depth understanding of the fulsome nature of mindfulness.


The Mindfulness Journey is an 8-session self-paced online program, supported by weekly Zoom webinar sessions.
